In order to confirm your place on the tour, you will need to return a completed application form, $500 deposit and copy of identification to the school by the return date.
Your identification should be a copy (does not need to be certified) of either the photo page of your passport (regardless of whether it is or will expire before the tour) or birth certificate. This is required to ensure your details are correct for the issuing of travel documents.

If the minimum numbers for the tour are reached by the due date, the tour will be confirmed. At this stage, booking forms and deposits are forwarded to Academy Travel. Once the tour is confirmed, the $500 deposit becomes non-refundable as it is immediately used to secure the bookings for the group.
Bookings will be processed and all tour participants will receive a welcome pack in the mail.
